aloha this is scott – an awakened academy student you know! I really enjoyed watching this video! I admire the authentic honesty of your experiences and the scenic beauty of nature that speaks volumes! I relate so much to the themes of this video because meditating in nature is the number one spiritual practice that keeps me literally grounded to the earth – emotinlally, mentally and spiriutally! I often feel a conscious presence in nature that’s very nurturing, thats always supportive and facilitates the process of releasing pent up energy from the pressures of life. For years I would experience constant anxiety, but most of it completely dissolved because I dedicated the last few years to become a steward of mother earth, by simply spending time in nature and working in life as a spiritual servant. The experience of nature for me is like a mini vacation – soothing the soul – reconnecting to the source of our spiritual nature.
The awakened academy course inspired me to establish daily rituals of ‘digital detox’ by meditating in nature every day. After doing this every day for 2 years its become very clear to me that being in nature is the ultimate place to heal ourselves from a very unbalanced electronic civilization we live in. I am completely convinced that if more people spent time in nature, most of the problems in society would organically improve by the healing force that nature brings in the most beautiful way – that we are all originally connected to and a living embodiment of a magical, loving, creational source called nature.
