Why Michael Created Digital Detox
This site has one job: to help you get your own attention back. The four-part course, the forty audio sessions, the research, the tools and the meetings directory are all here in full, with nothing to sign up for.
It is written by Michael Mackintosh, who has taught meditation since 2011 and has spent years testing ways to reduce compulsive technology use. He knows how hard it can be to change.
